I utilize an attachment framework derived from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Story Informed Trauma Therapy (SITT) to help my clients understand how they came to be who they are. We can learn new behaviors once we have identified the unhealthy ones. I also utilize Play Therapy techniques when working with children and adolescents.

Attachment, comfort, emotions, communication, unhealthy patterns, family dynamics, coping skills, traumatic experiences, we will not avoid difficult topics. We will learn new and healthy ways to cope and come back to process through the trauma.

Empathetic, enjoyable, caring, knowledgeable, comfortable, and relaxed, not the typical therapist.
