I’m interested in how people make sense of their experiences and why certain patterns repeat, even when they don’t want them to. I believe people change when things slow down, and negative experiences are reprocessed and replaced.

I offer individual, EMDR, and couples counseling. With couples, we focus on understanding the cycle you get stuck in and how to respond differently to each other. Many clients are Christian, and faith can be included if you want—but it’s not necesary.
